Position: Human Resource Officer
Location: Suddhodhan, Rupandehi, Nepal
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Develop and implement effective human resource policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and industry standards.
- Administer employee benefits programs and guide HR-related inquiries.
- Coordinate and conduct training sessions for employees on various HR topics.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, attendance, and performance evaluations.
- Handle employee relations matters, addressing concerns and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
- Support the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in the development and communication of HR-related policies and guidelines.
- Collaborate with management to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Stay informed about changes in labor laws and HR best practices.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in human resources roles, with knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
