Safety and Security Manager – 1
Job Station: Factory, Mirchaiya
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor Degree
Minimum Experience: 15-20 years in relevant field
Roles and Responsibilities:
Safety:
- Maintain Safety Protocols: Regularly review and update risk assessments.
- SOP Development: Design and implement detailed safety protocols, including PPE use.
- Training and Awareness: Conduct regular safety training programs and foster a safety-conscious culture.
- Emergency Response Planning: Develop and maintain comprehensive emergency response plans and conduct regular drills.
- Machine and Equipment Safety: Implement protocols for safe operation, maintenance, and servicing.
- Chemical Handling Safety: Enforce protocols for safe handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous chemicals.
- Incident Investigation: Lead incident investigation procedures and implement corrective actions.
Security:
- Premises Security: Develop and enforce SOPs for premises security, including access control and surveillance systems.
- Security Personnel Management: Oversee recruitment, training, and deployment of security guards.
- Security Technology Integration: Evaluate, implement, and oversee advanced security technologies.
- Security Audits and Inspections: Conduct regular security audits and implement corrective actions.
- Property Security: Implement measures to secure company properties and conduct regular inspections.
