About the Business

The company has multiple warehouses across Nepal. Each warehouse has sales representative team, accounts department, driver, dispatch team and a warehouse manager. The Head office has central accounts, HR, Sales & marketing team, MIS, administration team.

Qualification:

  • MBA or Equivalent with relevant Specialization
  • Master’s degree from abroad would be an added advantage

Experience: Freshers (0-2 Years Exp.)

Job Location: Lalitpur, Pulchowk

Responsibilities:

• Sales and Marketing & Business Development – Function

  • Identify prospective, Corporate Leads, B2B Leads, maintain relationship with prospects, leads track progress and Generate Sales
  • Design brand communication, marketing content, traditional as well as digital marketing strategy and implement it.

• Human Resource Officer — Learning & Development and Performance Mgmt. – Function

  • Ensure learning & development and performance management of 100-member strong sales and non-sales team.

• Business Operation – Function

  • Ensure all the different sections of a company play in harmony to achieve optimal performance

Requirements:

Selection Process

The selection process will be held in two stages

  • Interview will be conducted in first stage.
  • Written Assessment along with Practical Industry relevant Assignment/Project will be conducted in second stage

Salary:

Depending upon performance in selection process candidate’s salary will be between Rs 25,000 to Rs 30,000 per month

Quarterly Incentive:

Goals will be set for Management Officer. Officer will be eligible for maximum quarterly incentive of Rs 30,000/- upon achievement of predefined, mutually agreed goals

Resources Required:

  • Own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
