About the Business
The company has multiple warehouses across Nepal. Each warehouse has sales representative team, accounts department, driver, dispatch team and a warehouse manager. The Head office has central accounts, HR, Sales & marketing team, MIS, administration team.

Business Development Officer – Sales and Marketing

Qualification: MBA in Sales and Marketing or Equivalent;
Experience: Freshers
Job Location: Lalitpur, Pulchowk
Responsibilities:
- Run Facebook Advertisement Campaign
- Sales and Marketing – Function
– Identify prospective, Corporate Leads, B2B Leads, maintain relationship with prospects, leads track progress and Generate Sales
– Design brand communication, marketing content, traditional as well as digital marketing strategy and implement it.

Selection Process
The selection process will be held in two stages
- Interview will be conducted in first stage.
- Written Assessment along with Practical Industry relevant Assignment/Project will be conducted in second stage
Salary:
Depending upon performance in selection process candidate’s salary will be between Rs 25,000 to Rs 30,000 per month
Quarterly Incentive:
Goals will be set for Mgmt Officer. Mgmt Officer will be eligible for maximum quarterly incentive of Rs 30,000/- upon achievement of predefined, mutually agreed goals
Resources Required:
- Own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
