Job Summary:
The Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality across all operations within the organization. They oversee business plan creation, daily and monthly reporting, form management, quality control in operations, and equipment management. The Quality Manager plays a critical role in developing and implementing quality management strategies, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and customer requirements.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in automobile or mechanical with 8+ years’ experience as a quality manager, preferably in automobile manufacturing.
Other Specification:
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, methodologies, and industry standards
- Proficiency in generating and analyzing reports using quality management sheets and MS Excel
- Familiarity with form management and documentation control processes
- Strong understanding of operations and process improvement principles
- Knowledge of equipment management and maintenance practices
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision
