Job Summary:
The Quality Unit Leader is responsible for leading and managing the quality unit, ensuring effective processing of market claims, conducting emission measurements, promoting QIC/GIS reports, and managing attendance & manpower. They play a crucial role in maintaining high-quality standards, addressing customer claims, and ensuring compliance with emission regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or automobile with 2+ years or diploma with 4+ years’ experience quality management, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive industry.
Other Specification:
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, market claims processing and emission measurement
- Familiarity with QIC and GIS reports and their application in quality improvement
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to investigate and resolve quality issues
- Understanding of regulatory requirements related to emissions and environmental standards
