Job Summary:
The Production Team Leader is responsible for providing work guidance and supervision to the production team. They oversee quality control, manage weekly torque operations, handle engraving management, ensure WPC (Work in Process Control) management, and coordinate missing parts and repairs. The team leader plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and high-quality production output.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or automobile with 1+ years or diploma with 2+ years’ experience in production in an automotive environment.
Other Specification:
- Strong understanding of quality control principles and practices
- Familiarity with torque operations and engraving processes
- Knowledge of Work in Process Control (WPC) systems and methodologies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
