Senior HR Manager
- Establish a culture of Reward and Recognition by creating a safe, sound and health work environment.
- Overall HR portal management with respect to Company Policies formulation, Leave System, online portals and all
- Regular evaluation of skill set of employees and the respective areas for enhancing employees’ abilities and skill set
- Consultation with legal advisors for disciplinary action as per Labor law and maintain proper records of the same & preparation of official letters as requires.
- Overall Human Resources development, sustaining and retaining policies with respect to company approach
- Liaison with Government body (Labor Office, Sub Metropolis, Association of Industries and Industrial District Office and other external parties.
- Plan and Execute Capital and Revenue Expenditures for upgrading HR/ Welfare infrastructure’s physical assets such as property, plants, buildings, technology, and so on.
- Integral part of administrative cost control along with Asset and Security Management
- Plan and Execute CSR activities with the coordination of various governmental, and non-governmental, communities and other third parties.
- Overall contractual safeguarding with proper management of Annual Maintenance Contracts for keeping device and equipment
- Enhance work culture with prioritization of Standing for each other success, and integrity, challenging the status quo, and work towards the regenerative stage of a healthy work environment.
- First Point of Contact and overall responsibility with regards to IR with an integral part of CBA meeting, record MOM, negotiate with Workers on genuine points etc.
- To collect the feedback of a different group of Unions and share to Management with the best suggestions.
- To organize for medical checkup of Employees once a year as per schedule and interact with Insurance Company, process of Insurance Claim and settlement
- Prepare report of Statuary importance like accident report, bonus distribution report, and welfare fund report.
- To implement the safety policy and maintain the 5S of the company premises
Desired Candidate Profile:-
- Strong Compliance Knowledge
- Excellent communication skills in Nepali
Candidate preferred from Province No 1 and Province No 2
- Confident , Mature & Bold Personality
- Experience: 8 – 10 Years
- Education: Bachelor or Master Completed
- Job Location: Mirchaiya, Nepal
