Manager – Brand and Marketing

Job description

  • Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights, maintain brand consistency organization-wide, and move the brand forward through innovative ideas.
  • Shape, communicate, and implement vision and mission – Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices, and tactics
  • Protect the brand during times of errors or mistakes
  • Think long-term and implement medium- short-term actions – Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
  • Drive cohesive, well-rounded campaigns promoting the products, partnerships, thought leadership, experiential marketing, external communications
  • Develop integrated content and storytelling across traditional and digital channels,
  • Work with agency partners and cross-functionally with creative, product, sales, and RD functions to ensure consistent, timely, and impactful messaging that aligns with the strategic business goals.
  • Provide sales support through advertisements, media, point-of-sale, partnerships, and relationship marketing
  • Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications, and sales estimates
  • Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, and competitors’ activities
  • Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
  • Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
  • Devise innovative growth strategies
  • Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to take action
