Qualifications / Skills
A Bachelor’s degree in management or a relevant field. Background in Human Resources with proven experience Adaptability and a proactive approach to addressing HR challenges in a manufacturing setting are qualities for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Handling employee relations, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive work culture.
- Planning and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills.
- Handling a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Ensuring the company complies with labor laws and regulations.
- Ensuring a safe and healthy work environment in compliance with safety regulations
