Management Trainee – AI Focus
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Management Trainee to join our team!
As a Management Trainee, you will be responsible for the development, implementation and management of all aspects of our business, including the development and execution of sales strategies, marketing plans and products.
Job Summary:
You will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of AI initiatives across the organization. This includes identifying and evaluating potential AI use cases, developing AI-powered solutions, and managing AI projects. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that AI initiatives are aligned with the organization’s overall business goals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential AI use cases across the organization.
- Develop AI-powered solutions to address specific business challenges.
- Manage AI projects from ideation to launch and post-launch.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that AI initiatives are aligned with the organization’s overall business goals.
- Stay up to date on the latest AI technologies and trends.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on AI to senior management.
- Track and measure the impact of AI initiatives on the organization.
- Develop and implement AI-powered training programs for employees.
Qualifications
- MBA/Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field Skills .
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Location: Kathmandu
