Qualifications / Skills

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of more than 8 years in HR and administrative management roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.


  • Responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive HR policies and procedures that align with company goals, ensure compliance with labor laws, and promote a positive work environment.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  • Handle employee relations matters, addressing any grievances or conflicts that may arise.
  • Coordinate and conduct employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
