Plant HR Manager
Location – Nawalparasi
Qualifications/Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus. Proven experience of 7 years and above in Plant HR. In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations. Experience with HRIS and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the plant’s recruitment process, ensuring the timely and effective hiring of skilled and diverse talent.
- Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing concerns and promoting a collaborative work environment.
- Oversee wellness initiatives to promote employee health and well-being.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with labor unions.
- Utilize HR analytics to provide insights into workforce trends, turnover, and other key metrics.
