Structural Engineer
Location: Sanepa, Lalitpur
Qualifications/Skills
Obtain a Bachelor’s Degree in civil engineering or structural engineering along with 5+ years experiences in structural analysis, construction materials, and engineering, also understanding project management principles and methodologies to monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets is valued.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the construction progress, ensuring it aligns with the project plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify potential risks or challenges related to structural elements, evaluate the impact of these risks and propose mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines and safety standards.
- Prepare detailed reports highlighting structural aspects, compliance issues, and any deviations from the approved plans. Provide recommendations for corrective actions as needed.
- Liaise with various stakeholders including architects, contractors, regulatory authorities, and clients to address structural concerns, provide technical expertise, and ensure smooth communication regarding structural elements and their implications on the project.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure that construction activities meet established standards and specifications.
