MEP Engineer – Hospitality
Location: Bharatpur, Chitwan
Qualifications/Skills
A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field is often required. A PIP MEP engineer combines technical expertise, industry knowledge, and practical experience to design, implement, and maintain MEP systems of hospitality projects, ensuring efficient and compliant operations along with 5+ years of experience. Strong project management skills for handling multiple projects at once are essential, along with proficiency in MEP design software and tools.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for designing, analyzing, and creating plans for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within buildings.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with brand standards, local codes, and industry regulations.
- To ensure that all systems meet regulatory standards, codes, and safety requirements.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and other related systems.
- To identify and solve problems related to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Troubleshoot issues that arise during the construction or operation phase, ensuring efficient functioning of systems.
