Finishing and Interior Designer – Hospitality
Location: Bharatpur, Chitwan
Qualifications/Skills
A Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related field along with 5+ years’ experience in interior design/ finishing with a focus on hospitality projects. Handling Property Improvement Plans (PIPs) of the hospitality projects is highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Creating and conceptualizing interior design plans aligned with the brand, ambiance, and functionality required for hospitality spaces within the PIP guidelines.
- Identifying, sourcing, and specifying materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements while adhering to project budgets and timelines.
- Working closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the design intent is seamlessly integrated into the renovation or improvement process, maintaining quality standards and project goals.
- Overseeing the implementation of design plans, managing schedules, budgets, and on-site inspections to ensure the successful execution of the interior design aspects within the PIP framework.
