JOB OPPORTUNITY

Able to operate kitchen equipment like braising pan, baking ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves and fryers.
Responsible to maintain cleanliness, sanitation at the assigned work area.
Responsible for preparing and cooking all food items by the recipe and to specification.
Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
Checks supplies and prep lists and ensures all items are prepped in a timely fashion.
To assist with the acceptance and storage of deliveries,
To be fully aware of all hygiene control and chemicals used in the work place,
Follow the instructions and recommendations from the Executive Chef/ Shift Superiors to complete the daily tasks,
To be able to work under pressure, for long hours in a heated environment.
