About the Business
The company has multiple warehouses across Nepal. Each warehouse has sales representative team, accounts department, driver, dispatch team and a warehouse manager. The Head office has central accounts, HR, Sales & marketing team, MIS, administration team.
Designation: Management Officer – Human Resource
Qualification: MBA in HR or Equivalent;
Experience: Not required, maximum up to 2 years can also apply (0-2 Years)

- Design HR Functions (Selection, Performance Management, Engagement, Rewards &Compensation etc.) Systems, Process, Rules, and Regulation and Implement it for the company
- Support Implementation of HR Consultancy /HR Advisory Business

The selection process will be held in two stages
- Interview will be conducted in first stage.
- Written Assessment along with Practical Industry relevant Assignment/Project will be conducted in second stage
Depending upon performance in selection process candidate’s salary will be between Rs 25,000 to Rs 30,000 per month
Salary after Probation:
Probation duration will be of 6 months. In this period, candidate will enhance their skills and implement several industry relevant projects at work. After this period, the salary will be revised between Rs 25,000 to Rs 32,000 per month depending upon learning, implementation and performance.
Goals will be set for HR Officer. HR Officer will be eligible for maximum quarterly incentive of Rs 30,000/- upon achievement of predefined, mutually agreed goals
Resources Required:Good to Have (Own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license)
