About the Business
The company has multiple warehouses across Nepal. Each warehouse has sales representative team, accounts department, driver, dispatch team and a warehouse manager. The Head office has central accounts, HR, Sales & marketing team, MIS, administration team.
FMCG – Sales Executive
Qualification: Bachelor Degree
No of Positions: Female = 2, Male = 2
Job Location: Lalitpur, Pulchowk
Responsibilities:
- To lead the team, devise strategy and action plan to achieve monthly sales
- To select and develop a team of Sales Representative
- To ensure secondary sales as per the target
- To ensure proper management and tracking of team on daily basis
Experience:
- Not Required. However, 0-1 years of experience in Sales preferably in reputable FMCG Brands or Food & Beverage Industry would be added advantage.
Skills Required:
- Ability to Implement
- Ability to Improvise
Selection Process
The selection process will be held in two stages
- Interview will be conducted in first stage.
- andidate’s skill and enthusiasm about the job will be conducted in second stage
Salary:
- Rs 20,000 to Rs 30,000 per month
Resources Required:
- Own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
