Aloft Kathmandu Thamel is on a lookout for dynamic, dedicated and career-oriented professionals for the following positions:
Asst. Manager-F&B:
Minimum 3 yrs. of experience in similar position preferably in 5 star category hotel, handling premium restaurant.
FLS (Fire Life Safety) – Executive/ Officer:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field with significant experience in dealing with FLS and with certifications and trainings related to FLS.
Reservation Executive:
2-3 yrs. of experience in reservation with Knowledge of OPERA
Sales Coordinator/ Executive:
Minimum 1- 2 yrs. of experience in Sales.
IT — Executive/Supervisor:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT within hotel industry, with knowledge of OPERA, IDS, Simphony Micros, SOPHOS Firewall and Antivirus, VISIONLINE Door Lock etc
CDP- Cold:
Minimum 2-3 yrs of experience in similar position and responsibility.
Halwai (Sweet & Savoury) Chef:
Minimum 2-3 yrs, of experience as a Halwai (sweet and savoury).
Commis Chef (Continental & Bakery):
Minimum 2 – 3 yrs. of experience in similar position and knowledge in Bakery or Continental.
Maitre D’ (Hostess):
Minimum 2-3 yrs. of International experience of dealing with clientele of various nationalities in World Class Lounge or High-end Restaurant. Should be fluent in English and knowledge of foreign language will be added advantage. The applicant should have excellent customer engagement skill and help promote and up sell the outlets
Bartender:
Preference shall be given to candidates with experience abroad in luxury hotels or High end clubs with various flaring and showmanship qualities to deliver guest satisfaction.
F&B / Front Office Associates:
BHM graduates with some experience shall be given preference.
Electrician and AC Technician:
Minimum 3 yrs. of experience in related field in commercial complexes or star rated hotel
Supervisor (Mechanical/Electrical):
Minimum 4 yrs. of work experience in related field in high rise building/commercial complex/hospitality industry.
TV/AV Technician:
Minimum 3 yrs of experience as a TV/AV Technician in depth knowledge of sound, lighting, audio, video TV/AV equipment. Should have experience handling AV systems in banquet events, meetings, gatherings etc.
Carpenter:
Minimum S.E.E/SLC pass. with 2 yrs. of experience as a carpenter. Should have good carpentry skills. Good knowledge of repairing and fabrication of new furniture items.
Office Coordinator:
Sound knowledge in operating basic computing systems for providing necessary communication and secretarial support to the department.
- Candidates with Bachelor’s degree in related field with 1-2 yrs. of experience in similar position and capability required
- For Engineering, candidates should have minimum Sub-overseer in related field.
