Position Summary
The Traffic Manager plays a crucial role in our branding and digital marketing department, ensuring seamless coordination of project timelines, efficient task allocation, and comprehensive monitoring of project progress from start to finish. As the Traffic Manager, you will have a strategic vantage point, overseeing workflow and workload management for the entire department.
Major Roles And Responsibilities (Job Details)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor project statuses, deadlines, and implement effective scheduling systems.
- Develop and maintain detailed schedules, setting clear deadlines for each stage of the project.
- Proactively initiate new projects and launches, creating timelines and tasks for future planning.
- Monitor project status and progress, making adjustments as needed to meet objectives.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors, ensuring adherence to timelines and requirements.
- Manage project-related documentation, including contracts, sponsorships, invoices, couriers, and other relevant materials.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in traffic management, project coordination, or a similar role within a digital marketing environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration and coordination among team members and external parties/vendors/collaborators.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with branding and marketing processes and an understanding of digital platforms is preferred.
