Major Roles And Responsibilities (Job Details)
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other department to determine PM/RM required.
- Purchase PM/RM according to specifications.
- Coordinate and supervise receiving and warehousing procedures
- Oversee distribution of supplies in the organization
- Control inventory levels and ensure availability of material during emergencies
- Supervise, evaluate and Train subordinates
- Pro curing quotes, negotiate, and finalizing the requirements from Market.
- Maintain records on procurement activity, materials quantity, specifications etc.
- Assist in forecasting to plan future required.
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as materials manager preferably Distillery and Bottling Operations experience.
- Familiarity with supply chain and inventory management systems
- Understanding of forecasting and budgeting in PM/PM required.
- Expertise ERP in SAP MM.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- A problem-solver
- Export and import Knowledge of RM/PM/FG.
- BBS/BBA or MBA Preferred.
- Leadership skills.
