Officer – Human Resources
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in any business related discipline.
- Minimum 4 years’ of experience in HR. Preference from FMCG industry.
- Strong Communicator with excellent listening, interaction skills and Command.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Knowledge of Payroll, HR accounting & benefits administration.
- Good knowledge of Recruitment & Selectionn.
- Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
- Deal with employee grievances & implement disciplinary procedures.
