Uniglobe College, affiliated to Pokhara University, running BBA, BBA-BI, MBA and MBA (Finance) academic programs, announces vacancies for following positions.
Positions:
Program Director (MBA and MBA-Finance) – 1
Program Director (BBA and BBA-BI) – 1
Minimum Qualifications:
Must have MBA/MBS (M.Phil. and Ph.D. in Management will be an added advantage) with minimum of first division. Excellent command on written and oral communication in English and modern computing technology skills are mandatory requirements. The candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in senior management positions in a reputed higher education institute and age between 30-40 years will be preferred. The candidates must have proven successful track records of management of the related programs in other higher education academic institutions.
For both positions, the candidates must have clear plan and vision to run the academic programs autonomously fulfilling the given targets of admissions, academic results and reputations of the college. Salary and benefits will depend upon the experience, confidence and outcomes of the candidates.
