MERL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning) Specialist
based in Country Office, Lalitpur
Responsibility: Ensure an effective MERL system is in place for the project. The MERL Specialist will be responsible to design and lead the monitoring and evaluation (M&E) activities and ensure the result-based management of the project including development and implementation of MERL systems, regular collection of monitoring data and its analysis for management, information purposes; Provide inputs to the project team to ensure effective application of learning, as well as to contribute to various evaluations and research initiatives.
Knowledge Management Specialist
based in Country Office, Lalitpur
Responsibility: Ensure effective management of knowledge and expertise; Capture, organize, and document knowledge, both explicit and tacit, within the organization; Facilitates knowledge sharing and dissemination by implementing platforms and organizing events that encourage the exchange of best practices among staff; Supports continuous learning and development by identifying training needs and fostering mentorship programs; Monitors and evaluates knowledge management initiatives, establishing key performance indictors to measure success, and facilitating collaboration both internally and externally; Enhance organizational efficiency, innovation, and decision-making by hamessing and optimizing the collective knowledge of the workforce.
