Head-Automobile Department

Required number: 1
Job Station: Mines Site, Katari, Udayapur
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum Experience: Proven experience of at least 7 years in a similar role, preferably in the mining or heavy equipment industry.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Team Management:
- Lead mechanics, engineers, and technicians.
- Assign tasks and ensure team performance.
2. Repair and Maintenance:
- Oversee maintenance for all vehicles.
- Develop preventive schedules and ensure compliance.
3. Cost Management:
- Analyze costs and implement cost-effective practices.
4. Equipment Integrity:
- Conduct regular inspections and respond to breakdowns.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain records and generate maintenance and fuel ‘
Required Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge of heavy earth-moving machines, commercial vehicles, and automotive systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and MS Office applications
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and work under pressure.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to different mining sites as required.
