Officer/Sr. Officer – Automobile
(HEMM AND COMMERCIAL VEHICLES)
Required no.: 1
Job Station: Mines Site, Katari, Udayapur
Minimum Qualification: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum Experience: At least 2-4 years of automotive maintenance experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Maintenance Oversight:
- Coordinate with Manager – Automobile for HEMM and commercial vehicle maintenance.
- Ensure preventive schedules are followed and supervise technicians.
2. Troubleshooting and Repairs:
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues promptly.
- Arrange external support for specialized repairs as needed.
3. Quality Assurance:
- Ensure maintenance meets safety standards and regulations.
- Conduct quality checks and implement corrective actions.
4. Inventory Management:
- Monitor and replenish spare parts inventory efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records for cost optimization.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed maintenance records and prepare reports.
- Communicate maintenance status and recommendations to stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in maintenance management software.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to work in a dynamic environment.
