Job Description
- Act as a liaison between business and IT groups.
- Consistently performs analysis and translates business needs to create high-quality Business Requirements and Functional Specifications documentation within specified time frames to solve most complex problems.
- Ensure end-to-end traceability of requirements is complete.
- Apply specific functional and/or business expertise to perform assigned tasks and develop specific project deliverable.
- Conduct impact analysis of technology changes on business processes and existing technology.
- Contribute and review of Test Planning and Test Execution strategies.
- Develop business workflow diagrams, data models and interface design specifications.
- Participate in collaborative system and data design sessions with the user community, technical architecture resources, and development resources.
- Guide and advise less-experienced Business Analysts by conducting team training, workshops
- Conduct interviews, fact-finding, and independent research to design creative, progressive IT solutions for business problems.
- Support the management of the business analyst team, listening to different members’ recommendations and taking measures to maximize the efficacy of the analytical team.
- Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
