Job Description

Develop and implement Sales and marketing strategies for the assigned region.
Understand the competitive landscape of the region and formulate strategies to make sure growth and market share objectives are achieved.
Responsible for Return on Investment of Sales Function in the region.
Collaborate, coordinate and train diverse teams of sales and customer service and make them highly efficient.
Track, measure and analyze commercial metrics using KPIs so as to ensure regional KPIs are all achieved.
Review existing products, services and markets to make sure existing customers are retained.
Assessing the risks to the business and planning to convert risks into opportunities.
Collating and analyzing business data pertaining to all sales and marketing activities.

Other Specification

A Master’s Degree in business faculty (MBA) will be an advantage.
More than 2-5 years of experience in Sales/ Marketing or managing relationships with key clients.
Highly efficient track record in achieving annual objectives.
Solid knowledge of performance reporting, business plans and budgeting processes.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
In-depth knowledge of market analysis and metrics.
Should have high IQ/EQ/AQ.
