Requirement of Technical Support Intern for Software Development Company.

Position: Technical Support Intern

Number of Vacancy: 2

Location: Sinamangal, Kathmandu

Responsibilities:

  • Build a good relationship with customers with proper communication.
  • Handle complaints and provide appropriate solution and alternatives.
  • Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams to prioritize client’s issues.
  • Coordinate with the Software Development Team for resolving client problems.

Required Skills/ Abilities:

  • Build a sustainable relationship with customer with proper communication.
  • Handle complaints and provide appropriate solution and alternatives.
  • An excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Should have good knowledge of Email, Internet and other tools for remote support.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • BCA/ BBS/ BBA/ B.E. (IT/Computer/Software) completed or running
  • Fresher’s are encouraged to apply.
