• Conduct phone surveys to get feedback on customers’ experience on service and internet quality.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.

Job Specification:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Excellent communication skills both in English and Nepali.
• Team player, polite and pleasing personality.
•  Should be able to work under pressure.
• Should possess personal laptop.
