Commercial Manager
Responsibility: (Designation: Inventory & Commercial Head)
- Project store management.
- Store/warehouse-related vehicle & machinery maintenance.
- Material utilization for production& properly maintaining supply of material.
- Material load & unload scheduling, gate pass preparation for outward material.
- Material transfer& distribution from one warehouse to another warehouse.
- properly keeps the material in the store area & consumes supplies with proper requisition.
- Keeps all records of store work including inward & and outward.
- Maintain proper material flow or supply for production, order & and material tracking.
- Supervise vehicle unloading & put the material into the store/warehouse.
- Store, purchase, warehouse planning & maintain production of work.
- Maintain minimum level of stock. Receive & issue, reorder and requisition processing.
- Reconciliation, material audit, physical verification, indent, PO, GRN, invoicing & reporting.
- Documentation related work inventory management software
- Supervise all store-related staff, track, manage to work with target &help to increase work efficiency.
- Update stock in a daily/weekly/monthly basis with reporting to HO.
- Deal with suppliers, proposals, bargaining for minimum rates & maintain growth of supplier for the organization.
- Material Purchase.
- Vendor Development.
- Store’s petty cash handling.
- Cash report making.
- Properly utilize cash with requisition.
- Material handling & and accounting contractor’s materials.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Education: A bachelor’s or master’s degree.
2. Experience: Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in commercial leadership roles within manufacturing or related industries.
3. Sales and Negotiation Skills: Proven track record of driving & and building client relationships, and negotiating successful contracts in various regions of Nepal.
4. Leadership and Team Management: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead a commercial team spread across multiple locations.
