Job Summary:
The Production Unit Leader is responsible for overseeing the production unit’s operations and ensuring efficient production schedule management, quality budget/actual management, inventory control, vehicle management, equipment inspection, attendance management, process organization, and new model introduction. They play a critical role in driving productivity, maintaining quality standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the production unit.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or automobile with 2+ years’ or diploma with 4+ years’ experience in production management, preferably in an automobile manufacturing environment.
Other Specification:
- Strong knowledge of production scheduling, quality management, inventory control, and process optimization. Knowledge of MS Excel is a must
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to coordinate and motivate a team
