Job Description

• Streamline performance monitoring process for Traffic Operations (TO)
• Initiate projects to turn data/insights into action and impact
• Streamlining the external stakeholders with right Tops stakeholders
• Oversee data products – key metrics, definition and logic
• Build up data-driven decision-making culture by setting up AB testing workflow and analytical framework
• Ensure data quality by performing data validation, basic analysis and trouble-shooting
• Generate insights and business opportunities from data by performing trend analysis, cohort analysis, thematic analysis and deep dive
• In-charge of routine (e.g. Weekly/Monthly Business Review) and ad-hoc data request
• Design and develop executive and operational report/dashboard
• Process improvement and automation
• Training and be the go-to person for any data/Excel related questions
• Identify skill gaps and upskilling the TO talents to drive growth and employee satisfaction
• Lead training and onboarding new talent in traffic ops

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and proficiency in SQL preferred
• Experience with analysis of raw data to insights
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Strong accountability and ownership values
• Ability to adapt to new systems and technologies
• A problem solver with good time management skills
