Panch Tara Saving and Credit Cooperative Ltd. is an Established society based cooperative located at Kathmandu-32, Purano Sinamangal, Townplanning. We are seeking to recruit Chief Executive Officer & Loan Officer having following qualification:
Qualification/ Requirement for CEO:
- Master’s degree in Management or Business Administration having experience of at least 5 years in the financial and cooperative sector or bachelor’s in the same field with 10 years’ experience.
- Adequate computer literate and fluency in English language.
- Familiar and In-depth knowledge of Co-operative Sector Management.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Having knowledge of working in the field of loan recovery shall be in priority.
- Having 2/4-wheeler valid driving license.
Qualification/ Requirement for Loan Officer:
- Bachelor’s degree with Management or Business Administration having experience of at least 5 years in the financial and cooperative sector.
- Having 2/4-wheeler valid driving license.
- Adequate computer literate and excellent in office package.
- Having adequate knowledge regarding loan recovery and issued.
- Having a qualification of law will be in priority.
