Omstone Asia Capital Nepal Pvt. Ltd is the hospitality properties developer in Nepal. The company is currently developing a 5-star resort property, DUSITTHANI HIMALAYAN RESORT, DHULIKHEL NEPAL at Dhulikhel Ward #11, Kavrepalanchok, Nepal. Applications are invited from qualified Nepali Citizens. The legendary Thai-hospitality chain “Dusit Thani” shall brand and operate the 72- keys resort hotel.
Thai Chef
The Thai Chef is responsible for preparation, creation and presentation of Thai Cuisine. Should hold certifications or trainings regarding professional Thai Cooking basic training not less than 100 hours. Maximize company revenue by increasing Culinary business by providing outstanding services to the valued guest.
PREREQUISITES:
Should be fluent in English and Thai language communication and must hold at least high school degree/certification. Should have worked at least 5 years in the capacity of Chef de partie or senior culinary role in Thai Section and at least 2 years in a luxurious property.
EDUCATION:
At least high school degree/certification.
EXPERIENCE:
Must have at least 5 years’ experience in the capacity of Chef de partie or senior culinary role in Thai Section.
