- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or B.Sc. in chemistry or equivalent degree.
- At least 2++ years of experience in managing a Manufacturing Company in FMCG unit.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Candidates having similar experience on manufacturing or chemical line are highly preferred.
- Plan and propose the manufacturing processes and set up as required.
- Implement best practices and manage production employees.
- Oversee the day to day facility of operations.
- Responsible for smooth manufacturing operations.
- Coordinate with and able to understand laboratory practices.
