1. Digital Marketing and Content Creator/Writer
Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
-Create compelling and shareable content for social media, blogs, and other digital channels.
-Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts using analytics tools.
-Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement innovative marketing ideas.
Requirements:
-Proven experience in digital marketing and content creation.
-Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Creative thinking and ability to generate unique content ideas.
2. Counsellor
Responsibilities:
-Provide counseling and support to individuals facing personal and educational challenges.
-Conduct one-on-one sessions to understand and address clients’ needs.
-Successfully complete the two-week training program and pass the required exam.
-Demonstrate flexibility in working hours, as the role involves 24/7 availability for customer contact.
Requirements:
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-Ability to empathize and provide guidance in a non-judgmental manner.
-Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment.
–Please note that this role requires a two-week unpaid training period, and successful candidates must pass an exam to be considered for hiring. The salary and benefits package is competitive, with a potential of around 50 K – 1 LAKHS NRP.
Education– MASTER’ DEGREE IN RELEVENT FIELD.
3. Relationship Managers
Responsibilities:
-Negotiate and maintain relationships with education providers and suppliers.
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
-Actively seek new partnerships and business opportunities.
-Represent the organization professionally in negotiations.
Requirements:
-Proven experience in relationship management and negotiation.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
-Knowledge of the education industry is a plus.
Education– Master’s degree in relevant field.
