Position Title: Assistant Manager HR and Administration

Location: Biratnagar

Position Summary:

As a key contributor, the position will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, engaging our employees through exciting activities, managing performance appraisals, maintaining databases, ensuring accurate attendance records, overseeing office administration, and efficiently handling procurement and stock management.

  • Database management & Attendance management.
  • Supervision of office administration
  • Procurement & management of office stock.

Requirement

  • Graduate/postgraduate in management
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in HR & Administration
  • Good understanding of best HR practices and current regulations
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • A high degree of proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
