Central Credit Department Credit department is considered as most crucial department of the Bank. The main objective of credit department is managing credit exposure of the Bank, maintaining credit risk, overseeing Bank’s lending process from evaluating client’s creditworthiness to approve or reject loan request.
This position is delegated with credit approving authority up to certain limit, reviewing overall credit portfolio with approved budget, responsible for reviewing overall credit functions as per Bank’s credit policy guidelines and product papers, support for business growth along with credit quality increment, regular monitoring of credit mix, credit concentration risk and overall management of credit portfolio of the Bank in align with regulatory compliance.
Position: Manager / Deputy Manager /Assistant Manager
Location: Head Office
Job Profile:
- Candidates must have knowledge of credit and marketing, credit appraisal/procedures and compliance with the NRB Directives.
- Candidate must have at least 7 years of working experience at credit function of the Bank.
- Candidate must have ability to lead overall credit function of the Bank in near future.
Experience:
Managerial Level: Candidate must have at least 7 years of working experience at Bank and must be in Managerial position at commercial Bank.
Qualification:
Managerial Level: CA / Master’s degree in Management from a recognized university or equivalent with minimum 2nd division or CGPA 2.5 and above.
Age Critera:
Managerial Level: Age not less than 25 years as of vacancy deadline.
