Relationship Managers/Officers: Relationship Managers/Officers are responsible for developing customer relationship by providing quality service that will enhance the Bank’s image, promote and sells various products offered by the Bank and preparing of loan files evaluating client’s creditworthiness to approve or reject loan request.
Position: Junior Officer/ Supervisor/ Senior Assistant/ Assistant
Location: All Province
Job Profile:
- This position must have knowledge of credit and marketing, credit appraisal/procedures and compliance with the NRB Directives.
- Candidate must have experience at least 1 year of experience working in credit function of the Bank.
Experience:
Officer Level: Candidate must have at least 3 years of working experience at Bank.
Assistant Level: Candidate must have at least 2 years of working experience at Bank for Supervisor and Senior Assistant. Assistant must have 1 year of working experience at Bank.
Qualification:
Officer Level: CA / Bachelor’s degree in Management from a recognized university or equivalent with minimum 2nd division or CGPA 2.5 and above.
Assistant Level: Bachelor’s degree in Management from recognized university.
Age Criteria:
Officer Level: Age not less than 21 years and not exceeding 40 years as of vacancy deadline.
Assistant Level: Age not less than 18 years and not exceeding 35 years as of vacancy deadline.
