Regional Manager – Two-Wheeler Sales
Location: Eastern Part of Nepal
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive Two-Wheeler Sales in the assigned region.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing region-wise sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Job Specification:
- Proven experience in Two-Wheeler Sales, with a successful track record in achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the 2 wheeler Industry in the assigned region.
