Functional Designation: Enterprise Customer Support
Duties & Responsibilities
- Installation, maintenance and installation of IT hardware.
- Assist customer in maintaining and running their equipment smoothly
- Visit customer site as per schedule for maintenance
- Help customers to use devices optimally and provide short training if needed
- Keep management informed of all activity, including timely preparation of reports
- Should train others and be generous with time to pass on knowledge
- Should manage customer network cabling for clean operation
Qualifications & Requirements
- Intermediate Degree (Any) with 3+ years of direct field experience in working with IT support to Anti-Virus, OS installation and maintenance, desktop and laptop troubleshooting, working with computer peripherals, photocopy, printer maintenance etc.
- Own a wheeler with a valid driving license
- Experience in maintenance work of different IT or electronic equipment
- Able to read and understand technical manuals, procedural documentation, and OEM guides
- Able to operate tools, components, and peripheral accessories
