JOB OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for skilled Graphic Designer specializing in digital and packaging design to join our creative team.

Responsibilities:

Conceptualize, design, and execute digital assets for various platforms including websites, social media, email marketing, and digital advertising campaigns.
Develop and execute digital media strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive user engagement.
Create compelling content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, blogs, etc.
Develop innovative packaging designs for product lines that align with brand guidelines and appeal to target demographics and ensure all designs are ready for production.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, branding and promotion, sales and procurement to meet brand standards and marketing objectives.
Support in packaging development process, finalizing print from suppliers and assist in bottle and packaging sizing and materials selection. Additionally, be responsible for selecting and finalizing materials and technicalities for print, coordinating with vendors, and making final approvals.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital design and packaging to ensure designs are fresh, relevant, and competitive.
Provide constructive feedback and support to junior designers as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or related field.
At least 2/3 years of experience in digital and packaging design.
Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills, with a focus on digital, packaging and print design.
Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
Proficiency in 3D object development and illustration is a plus
Strong understanding of color management, print production processes, and file preparation.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
