SALES OFFICER – 1 POSITION – BHAIRAHAWA, RUPANDEHI – [Siddhivinayak Steels Pvt. Ltd.] – MALE CANDIDATES ONLY
Job Responsibilities: Responsible for overall Sales & Marketing of various Steels Products (GI Pipes, GI Poles, TMT Bars, MS Angels, Flats, Channel, Beams, MS/CR Pies, MS Plates, Welding Rods, CR Silts, HR Shutter Guides, CR Shutter Profiles, Square Rods including Roof Nails/Binding Wires through Policy bound Method ensuring optimum customer satisfaction, achieve Monthly/Yearly Sales targets, rigorous follow-through with all customers, Agreement with Customers as per Company’s strict Sales & Marketing Policies, Sales only in BG/LC and ADVANCE CASH basis, Payment collections within ageing limits of all customers, hedging in advance likely default scenario of all customers, making new Dealerships/Channel Developments and maintenance of customer relationships with maximum revenue generation in and around (Bhairahawa and Western Region Markets), in coordination with the Management for after sales services/complaints, daily visit to Markets along with submission of Sales Visit Report to Office, perform Balance Confirmations of each & every parties/customers, along with all other related works as per instruction by the Management and implementing Company’s Sales Policy, Payment collection Policy and adhering to internal Rules & Regulations. Must have very good Network with customers (Contractors, Hardwares Shops, Steels – GI Pipe, GI Poles, TMT Bars and other Hardware products) in and around Bhairahawa and Western Region Markets. Assist Recovery Department for all recovery processes of pending payments. Conduct Daily/Weekly Sales Meetings at Office and reporting to Management, Market Analysis of competitor’s products/prices etc. Avoid at any cust any default scenario from the Customers. Need to make 10-15 new customers/parties/dealers etc.
Qualifications: 10+2 (intermediate) or Bachelors’ Degree (Preference shall be given to candidates with own Motorbike and valid Driving License)
Experiences: 2-5 years of experiences as Sales Officer in Manufacturing Companies of Steels Products (GI Pipe, GI Poles, TMT Bars other Hardware products)
Salary: NRs. 25 to 30 Thousand Gross/Month – TOP PRIORITY TO LOCAL CANDIDATES FROM BHAIRAHAWA/RUPANDEHI/NAWALPARASI
