Job Description:
- Conduct follow-up calls to solve customer queries and issues.
- Handle the Grievances of customers.
- Verifying the tickets raised by CSR.
- Proactively handle duplicate ticket issues.
- Maintain the service standard and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Send refund pending details to Airlines.
- Handle Airlines Group.
- Respond to the Merchant Mails.
Job Specification:
- Minimum Intermediate level or Bachelors Running in management field.
- 1-year experience in the Relevant Field.
- Strong communication skills.
- Flexibility in terms of time management.
