Requirements
- At least 2 years of Master Sous Chef experience in a 5-star hotel
- Have a strong knowledge about Thai cuisine.
- Proven track record of cost control including food, equipment, labor and waste to meet the food quality goals along with hotel’s financial goals.
- Demonstrates real passion for menu planning, and in leadership, creativity, and determined to succeed.
