Asst. HR Manager

Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration. In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations, strong leadership, interpersonal skills for trust-building and effective collaboration, and critical skills in communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making. Proficient in MS Office Suite and HRIS system.


  • Maintain and update HR databases.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Oversee attendance and leave management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Handle payroll processing and related queries.
  • Prepare and present HR reports.
  • Develop insights from data analysis to support decision making.
  • Assist in recruitment processes and onboarding.
  • Manage employee records and documentation.
  • Support performance appraisal.
