What are we looking for?
- Lead the company’s overall operation including marketing throughout Province and focus on continual improvement in sales efficiencies.
- Work with business controllers to foster and grow strategic financial partnerships, establishes provincial sales objectives while monitoring all field sales achievement versus sales plan.
- Create and maintain comprehensive promotional and activation plans to drive company sales share in key stores to facilitate achievement of account distribution/sales objectives.
- Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities or product, packaging, and service changes, surveying consumer needs and trends, and tracking competitors.
- Master/Bachelor degree in marketing with minimum 3 years of experience in handling sale of province level, understands, plans and directs other to effectively accomplish departmental sales target, possess commanding knowledge of profit and loss and works to accomplish goal of the organization.
