Qualifications/Skills
A Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree in business administration or a similar field with minimum of 2 years of proven experience. Proficiency in supply chain management software and SAP will be preferable.
Responsibilities
- Timely processing indents and arrange materials reagents within the lead-time.
- Receive incoming goods under identification regarding material specification/ item no./ inspection status etc.
- Issue of materials to related department.
- Maintenance of stock records, stores accounting etc.
- After acceptance of material issuing goods receipt notes (GRN).
- Should possess knowledge in material management control system FIFO/FEFO inventory procedures.
- Store/ warehouse auditing establishment of record, minimum & maximum stock, critical limit.
- To issue the materials on authorized requisitions and ensure that the issue takes place promptly without
undue delays. - Keeping adequate stock balance
